Welcome : the Tourist Office is committed to providing a warm and attentive welcome to all its visitors, and to making every visit a pleasant and personalised experience. It offers additional services to complement the human element (brochures, ticket office, free wifi, shop, etc.)

Satisfaction : as part of its ongoing drive to improve the welcome we give our visitors, the Tourist Office has set up a special system to monitor customer satisfaction. This is the subject of an annual assessment, enabling corrective action to be taken or awareness to be raised.

Support : the Tourist Office also works alongside all the players in the tourism chain to support them in their product creation, development, quest for quality, improving their visibility and upgrading their offer.
