Generation after generation, breeding, milking and dairy product manufacturing techniques have evolved, and the farm has never ceased to perform well in the face of these changes. From veal to automated milking, and then to the manufacture of products, gourmets will enjoy: milk, plain yoghurts, flavoured yoghurts, fruit yoghurts, custard, rice pudding, cottage cheese on fruit coulis, cream desserts, plain cottage cheese, fresh cream and farm butter.
Perched on the heights of the village of Durningen, the farm offers you one of the most beautiful views of the Alsace Plain.
