The workshop "La Bigorne" is the place where Nicolas Palmade makes and exhibits his knives. He carries out all the stages of manufacture, from the forging to the cutting of the edge, from the cutting of the raw wood to the assembly of the handles, including heat treatment and sharpening. A real story is to be told from the viewpoint of the work of the local materials used. The knives are created for use in the kitchen as well as for escapades in the forest, the lines are fine and the design pure.
